Christopher Harth is NY Cutlery. A custom knife maker in Brooklyn making everything from repurposed industrial still mill blades. Each piece is built for it's specific owner in mind, and fitted to their hand.
This video is a great watch, my favourite part is when Christopher is honing the blade and thinking about the generations of families that will be using the knife for chopping veg - it's a warm and fuzzy feeling to have pride in your days work and know that it will be appreciated.
